Training Description: This course is for rescue personnel that will be responsible for in-house training. The course prepares the student to take responsibility of the safety of his/her team members when working at heights and while setting up scenarios. Students take turns acting as instructors and setting up safe scenarios while under the watchful eye of the course facilitators. Course Objectives: Students will be able to proficiently plan, execute, and debrief rescue-training sessions. Safety of participants during training sessions is a critical component of this course.

Logistics:
Length: 5 days (40 hrs)
1 instructor per8 students.
Pre-requisite: VSI Rope Rescue Level II or equivalent and work related experience.
Refresher Workshop recommended every 2 years.
