Do You Need Fall Protection Training for Window Washing?

Course Description
This one-day course allows you to learn the fall protection fundamentals that apply to window washing. Vertical Systems International will work closely with you to identify and train you on the regulations, equipment use, and work procedures.
Course Objectives
Upon successful completion of the VSI fall protection courses students will be able to competently protect themselves and others when working at heights. Choose the appropriate level of training for your workers situation from the following:

Level I - Awareness
• 1/2 day (4 hrs.)
• 1 instructor per 15 students
Students will learn the fundamental safety requirements.

Level II - Systems Training
• 2 days (16 hrs.)
• 1 instructor per 8 students
Students will learn in an hands-on environment the fundamentals of working at height. This level of training is appropriate for workers who have specific work tasks with permanently engineered anchors and protection systems.

Level III - Competent Person
• 3 days (24 hrs.)
• 1 instructor per 8 students
Competent Person training is appropriate for workers who routinely perform a variety of tasks at height. Students will learn to rig fall protection systems with confidence.
