Instructor Development
Instructor Development is for workers who will be involved in a leadership and training role. Crew leaders are trained to be instructors for a Level I or II Systems Course. Instructor Development includes a CD ROM training presentation and adult education material. You will be able to teach others in your workplace and meet WCB compliance standards.

• 4 days
• 1 instructor per 6 students
